Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in pediatrics, for an acute care pediatric position.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care pediatric and pediatric intensive care setting
• Day shift schedule with 5x8 hour shifts, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Patient population includes pediatric patients requiring acute and intensive care
• Uses Cerner EMR; Cerner experience is preferred but not required
• Main responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of children in acute care and intensive care settings
• RTO (requested time off) must be included at the time of application
• Local candidates are accepted within a 75-mile radius, though at a reduced rate

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience with at least 1 year in the pediatric specialty
• Active MO or Compact PT license required if applicable
• License must be active and in hand for consideration
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
