Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg days position requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Medical/Surgical unit (Floor 6) of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
• 13-week contract assignment
• All time off requests must be less than 1 week in duration
• Specific documentation may be required for consideration
• Position does not accept Canadian SIN

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility in the past 2 years
• No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius
