Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient and orthopedic experience preferred for a rural clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a rural outpatient orthopedic clinic
• Work schedule is 8-hour day shifts
• Expected to see 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• No on-call or float requirements
• Opportunity to work at this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a travel team
• Primary duties include evaluating and treating orthopedic patients in a rural outpatient setting
• Productivity expectations require efficient patient management and visit documentation
• Overtime must be approved by the director before being worked
• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered
• No weekend work is mentioned
• Team-based environment with potential support from staff at neighboring clinics

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Open to new grads and first-time travelers
