Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg position requiring an active MA RN license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Work on an acute Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
36-hour work weeks with day and night rotations, primarily nights
Weekend rotation is required
Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience preferred
Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
Shared housing is available; no pets or guests permitted
A car is required for transportation
First time travelers are welcome to apply
Must participate in holiday coverage as assigned
Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston

Requirements

Active MA RN license is required and must be in hand at the time of consideration
No pending or conditional licenses accepted
Current BLS certification (AHA required)
No minimum years of experience required
Two professional references are required
