Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and current BLS, ARRT, CRT, and state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an acute care hospital
• Work performed in the Mammography unit with day shifts (5x8 hours) from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Every other Saturday rotation from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM is required
• No floating required between like units
• EMR system used is Epic and experience is required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Returning former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as travelers and may not be within 50 miles of the facility
• All travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state as needed
• Scrub color requirements may be unit specific
• Minimal RTO is permitted and must be communicated prior to offer
• COVID and Flu vaccination documentation may be required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography
• BLS, ARRT, CRT certifications and state license required (license required if applicable)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must provide two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty within the last three years
• Pending license not accepted
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
