Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a multi-shift assignment requiring MA state licensure and AHA BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Position based in a hospital MRI department
- Work schedule includes Tuesday and Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Wednesday and Saturday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
- 40-hour work week across varying shifts
- Uses Epic charting system
- Handles MRI procedures with standard MRI equipment
- Must provide proof of influenza vaccination; no religious or medical exemptions permitted
- Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to qualify for travel rate
- Parking is not validated; use public transportation or pay public parking rates
- Timekeeping is managed via UKG/Kronos system
- Dress code details and scrub policy to be confirmed by the facility
Requirements
- Active MA state license required at time of consideration; MA conditional licenses are not accepted; license required if applicable
- AHA BLS certification required
- No minimum years of experience specified
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
