Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med Surg/Telemetry position requiring an active AR or compact license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a Pivot Unit with a combined Med Surg/Telemetry focus
- Night shift hours are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week travel contract assignment
- Blocked scheduling may be available depending on facility needs
- A maximum of 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the contract
- Local candidates within 50 miles will receive a reduced bill rate
- Subcontractor staff within a 50-mile radius may only complete up to 3 consecutive 13-week local contracts before a 1-year separation or reassignment is required
- No Canadian SINs accepted
Requirements
- Active RN license in AR or a compact state required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg or Telemetry experience required
- Certifications must be active with no expiration within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
- Work history must have no gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months
