Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med Surg/Telemetry position requiring an active AR or compact license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a Pivot Unit with a combined Med Surg/Telemetry focus
• Night shift hours are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel contract assignment
• Blocked scheduling may be available depending on facility needs
• A maximum of 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the contract
• Local candidates within 50 miles will receive a reduced bill rate
• Subcontractor staff within a 50-mile radius may only complete up to 3 consecutive 13-week local contracts before a 1-year separation or reassignment is required
• No Canadian SINs accepted

Requirements

• Active RN license in AR or a compact state required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg or Telemetry experience required
• Certifications must be active with no expiration within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• Work history must have no gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months
