Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of IR experience, BLS, and ARRT (R) for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a short-term acute care hospital's Interventional Radiology department
• Supports vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists with Philips (including one biplane) and GE hybrid procedure rooms
• Adult patient population
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Floating between like units within skill set is required
• Uses Epic for charting; experience with Epic is required
• Join a collaborative and experienced IR team supporting complex vascular and interventional cases
• Team uses Philips biplane and GE hybrid room technology
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Former permanent staff must have a 3-month separation and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• You must include all requested time off at application; additional RTO requests post-offer may be denied
• All travelers are expected to float across facilities as needed within Washington state

Requirements

• 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology experience required
• Active BLS and ARRT (R) required
• Washington State License required if applicable
• IR/CV certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in comparable specialty/setting within the last three years
