Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Progressive Care Unit position in Texas requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and a current TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital PCU/Med Surg unit on the second floor
Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
13-week contract assignment
No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
RTO requests must be for less than 1 week
No previous permanent employment at the facility within 2 years
No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted
All required documentation and active licensure are necessary for consideration

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
At least 1 year of recent experience in PCU or a related specialty
Certifications must remain valid at least 30 days after start date
No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Not eligible if employed as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
