Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg dayshift position requiring at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical experience and a MS or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital medical-surgical unit on Floor 5
Provides care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
13-week contract assignment
No local travelers allowed within a 50-mile radius of the facility
Requests for time off must be less than 1 week
Returning travelers must not have been permanent staff at CHS facilities within 2 years
First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

Active MS or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg experience
No certifications may expire within 30 days of start
No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Candidates must not have worked as perm staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
