Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist with a compact or WV PT license and a minimum of one year recent specialty experience.

Details

• Work in a home health setting serving community-based patients
• Day shifts from 08:00 to 16:30
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active PT license in WV or a compact state, current at time of application
• Minimum one year of recent home health physical therapy experience
• Certifications (if required) must be from American Heart Association (AHA) and valid for the duration of contract
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Candidates must live at least 65 miles from the facility
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide in-home physical therapy assessments and interventions to a diverse patient population
• Documentation and EMR system use per home health standards
• COVID and flu vaccinations may be required per current guidelines
• First-time travelers will be considered for the position
