Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for night shifts in Vermont, requiring a VT or compact RN license and critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is located in the ICU of a critical access hospital
• Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week (7pm - 7am)
• Four-bed open ICU caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Responsible for delivering nursing care in a critical care setting according to AACN Standards
• Care spans pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the ICU
• Orientation begins on Wednesdays
• All required credentials must be uploaded three business days prior to start date

Requirements

• Active VT or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with critical care experience required
• Proficiency in reading telemetry is required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
