Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on a spine-focused unit in Colorado requiring an active CO or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting on a Med/Surg spine unit
• Patient population includes spine cases on the 7 North-Spine unit
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Role involves care of spine patients under general Med/Surg responsibilities
• Professional references and licensure verification required
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as scheduled by unit needs

Requirements

• Active CO or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA or ARC required, not expiring within 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
