Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for an evening shift contract requiring ARRT(R) and BLS certification and at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assignment is in a hospital X-Ray department
• Performs general radiography, ER fluoroscopy, and procedures in surgery
• Evening shift schedule with 5x8 hour shifts from 14:30 to 23:00
• Some call may be requested during the 13-week contract
• Shifts may vary based on departmental needs with advance notice
• EPIC charting experience is preferred
• No travel pairs or groups accepted
• Maximum of 3 days of requested time off will be auto-approved; no time off allowed during the first week of orientation
• Royal blue scrubs are required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an X-Ray Technologist
• Current ARRT(R) and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency with surgery, ER fluoroscopy, and general radiography
• EPIC experience preferred
• Locals must live more than 50 miles away from the facility
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Must not have worked as a permanent staff member at the facility within the last year
• License required if applicable
