Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a day shift ICU position requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and current AL or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of an acute care hospital
12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Assignments are 13 weeks in length
Electronic charting is done with Cerner EMR
Orientation consists of 16 hours
Work as part of a team of ICU RNs on the unit
Full vaccination and health screening compliance required per hospital policy

Requirements

Active AL or compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years recent ICU nursing experience
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
