Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Oncology RN with a CA license and at least 2 years of experience for a night shift position with self-scheduling and floating requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Oncology unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts (1900-0730)
- Self-scheduling is utilized
- Floats required to Med/Surg, Med/Tele, ED, and Postpartum units
- EPIC documentation system is used
- Four weekend shifts required per four-week period
- No on-call responsibilities
- First-time travelers are accepted for consideration
- Time off requests must be pre-approved and included at the time of application
- Local candidates are accepted at the local rate if residing within 50 miles
- Required to float to Med/Surg, Med/Tele, ED, and Postpartum as needed
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
