Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring at least one year of recent ER experience and a current TN or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for a variety of emergency and acute patient cases
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
• Night shift coverage required
• Compliance with hospital orientation and policy standards is expected

Requirements

• Active RN license in TN or compact state required
• Minimum of one year recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• Certifications must be valid for at least 30 days after assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Applicants must not have been permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for consideration
