Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in Texas requiring a compact or TX RN license and at least one year of recent OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 06:30 to 15:30
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius
• Time off requests must be less than one week
• Returning travelers must meet specific employment history requirements
• Assignment may require flexibility in covering various surgical cases

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room RN experience
• Certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
