Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Pediatric ICU position requiring at least an OH or compact RN license and willingness to float to related units.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (CVPICU)
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00-07:30)
• Floating required to NICU, PICU, Emergency Department, stepdown, and medical-surgical units as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• RNs will provide care for critically ill pediatric cardiovascular patients
• Strict adherence to attendance and punctuality policies is expected
• No local candidates within a 60-mile radius are eligible
• Candidates cannot have been a permanent employee at the facility within the last two years
• Travelers should expect expectations for flexibility with unit assignments

Requirements

• Active OH State or Compact RN license required
• Two supervisory references required, with at least one from a supervisor or manager
• Prefers candidates with close to two years of experience
• Must be able to float to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS units
