Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring a PA or compact RN license and experience with telemetry patients.

Responsibilities

Work in the Med/Surg Tele unit of a hospital setting
Primarily night shifts (7p-7a) with minimal rotation to day shifts (7a-7p)
Three 12-hour shifts per week
Patient ratios may fluctuate depending on census
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
First-time travelers are eligible for this position

Requirements

Active PA or compact RN license in hand
At least one year of relevant nursing experience required
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
Cannot accept candidates who live within a 50-mile radius
