Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN with circulating experience for an Operating Room position requiring an IA or compact license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
• Primarily circulator duties within surgical procedures
• Work schedule is 06:30-19:00 on weekdays and 09:00-21:30 on weekends
• On-call responsibilities include nights and weekends
• Responsible for circulating duties in the OR and supporting surgical teams
• Compliance with documentation of all required certifications and licenses is mandatory
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
• Local candidate rate policies vary by state

Requirements

• Active IA or compact RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications preferred
• License verification must be dated within 30 days of start and NURSYS verification required for RNs
