Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift position in an inpatient acute rehab unit, requiring a TX or compact RN license and AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 15-bed inpatient acute rehab unit
• Care for adult patients requiring rehabilitation services
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• 13-week assignment
• Direct patient care and coordination of discharge needs
• Coordinate patient care, implement care plans, and manage discharge planning
• Documentation required includes two references, license verification, and relevant certifications
• Local candidates are accepted but may receive a reduced pay rate
• No COVID vaccination required
• First-time travelers are eligible for auto offer consideration

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license with current Nursys verification
• At least 1 year of inpatient rehab RN experience preferred
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• NIH Certification preferred
• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and US home address
• Driver’s License copy required for consideration
