Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a MICU ICU travel assignment in Louisiana requiring a valid LA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) within a hospital setting
  • Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift schedule
  • Must provide a complete application, skills checklist, references, and nursing license verification
  • Required documentation includes copies of all certifications listed in the position requirements

Requirements

  • Active LA or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year recent ICU or MICU experience
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) certifications required; must not expire within 30 days of start
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
  • U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
