Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg day shift position, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg unit on floor 6 of a hospital setting
• Patient care provided on day shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Former permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years are not eligible
• Complete work history and credentials must be included for consideration

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Certifications must remain valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment
