Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele General Surgery night shift position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry General Surgery 5 South unit of a hospital
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Assignment length is 13 weeks
Uses Meditech EMR system
Virtual orientation will include competency-based modules
Local candidates are accepted at the same rates with no mileage restrictions
Must complete a cardiac exam after accepting an offer
All orientation modules are provided virtually
Team-based environment within the General Surgery unit
First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

Active AL or compact RN license required; no pending or temporary licenses accepted
No past or current license violations permitted
Minimum of 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year recent experience in this specialty
