Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a day shift position requiring North Dakota state licensure and ARRT registration.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hybrid operating room specializing in interventional radiology procedures
• Position based in a hospital diagnostic imaging department
• Full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation includes 4 to 6 weekends and 1 night per week
• Utilizes Epic and PACS for orders, documentation, and coding
• Responsible for setting up, preparing, and cleaning exam rooms before and after procedures
• Educate patients about their procedures and ensure proper patient identification
• Prepare and administer contrast under physician supervision
• Perform pain assessments and take action according to protocols
• Responsible for accurate coding, billing, and documentation in Epic and PACS

Requirements

• North Dakota Medical Imaging License required prior to start date if applicable
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required
• Experience in interventional radiology and special procedures preferred
