Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery LDRP position in Oregon with preference for OBIX and Epic experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an LDRP setting covering OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery
  • Variable 12-hour shifts, with scheduling based on unit needs for days or nights
  • Required to work every other weekend
  • On-call requirements to be determined
  • Uses OBIX for fetal surveillance and Epic for electronic health records
  • Will not circulate or scrub in the OR
  • Responsibilities include patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and thorough documentation
  • Must adhere to overtime pre-approval policies
  • No more than 5 days of requested time off allowed
  • Must be able to provide recent resume, skills checklist, and appropriate licensure and certifications at time of consideration

Requirements

  • Active OR RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years recent labor and delivery nursing experience
  • Current BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required
  • OBIX and Epic experience highly preferred
  • Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and STABLE certifications highly preferred
