Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health travel assignment requiring 2+ years of recent home health experience and OASIS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Home Health setting with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Caseload includes both Home Health and Hospice patients
• Requires OASIS documentation experience
• No local candidates accepted; must reside at least 50 miles from facility
• Completion of a recent PT skills checklist is required for consideration
• Profile must include complete work history and permanent address
• Maximum of 5 days of requested time off allowed
• All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of consideration
• Supportive team environment with opportunity to work independently in the field

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire PT license or compact license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in Home Health
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Experience with pediatric to geriatric populations required
• OASIS documentation experience required
• At least one supervisory reference from the past year of employment required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
