Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with C-arm and trauma experience for a night shift contract requiring ARRT R and LSRT certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in an x-ray unit within a hospital setting
- Night shifts including a 7 on/7 off Wednesday-Tuesday rotation with 6x12 hour shifts (19:00-7:00) and 1x8 hour shift (19:00-3:30)
- Additional 8 hour shifts offered from 19:00-02:30
- Weekend shifts required every third weekend
- May float to similar units as needed
- Uses Epic EMR
- Strictly enforced maximum of 5 days of requested time off during the contract
- Special scheduling consideration required during Mardi Gras, with minimal time off approved from 2/13 to 2/22
- Returning permanent employees must have been separated from any LCMC facility for at least one year before consideration
- 75 mile radius rule applies
- Scrub color is black
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year radiology/x-ray experience
- C-arm and trauma experience required
- Current BLS, ARRT R, and LSRT certification required (temp LSRT accepted as issued by state; license required if applicable)
- Epic EMR experience required
