Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Burn ICU position requiring two years of ICU experience and night shift availability.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a Burn ICU within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend work required
- Holiday coverage required as needed by the unit
- Patient care in a level II trauma center
- Utilizes the Epic EMR system
- Care for critically ill burn patients in a specialized ICU environment
- Must be able to work both weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate, except for specific restrictions as per facility policy
Requirements
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Minimum two years of ICU experience in a level II trauma center or similar setting
- Experience in facilities with 500+ bed count required
- Current certifications in BLS (CPR) and ACLS required
- Experience with Epic EMR required
