Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring an active or pending OR RN license, BLS, PALS, and Epic charting experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) within a children's hospital
Scheduled for three 12-hour day shifts weekly from 7:00 to 19:30
Required to work every third weekend with occasional additional weekend shifts as needed
Floating within the site and across the system is required for all travelers
Patient care documented using Epic EMR, with prior Epic experience required
Must complete all assigned education within one week of starting the assignment
Mandatory low census cancellation may occur one shift per two-week pay period
Refusal to float as directed will result in cancellation of the contract
Scrubs may be any color except black or camo
Free parking is available in any unrestricted space

Requirements

Active or pending Oregon RN license with fingerprints submitted to the Board of Nursing
At least 1 year of pediatric ICU nursing experience
Current BLS and PALS certifications
Proficiency in using Epic EMR system
COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions accepted
