Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Intermediate Care (IMC) unit specializing in telemetry, requiring a MD or compact RN license and BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications.

Responsibilities

Work in an Intermediate Care (IMC) unit with telemetry monitoring
Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 to 19:30
Requires work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
Floating required to specialty, sister units, and lower acuity units as needed
Responsibilities include delivering intermediate-level nursing care to patients requiring telemetry
Floating support provided among the IMC and related units
Holiday coverage is required as assigned

Requirements

Active MD or compact RN license
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience required
BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications required
ACLS certification preferred
Will consider first-time travelers
