Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT (R), BLS, and LA State License for a high-volume day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in an Interventional Radiology unit handling 16-20 cases per day
Day shift schedule of 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Required to take call one day per week
Scheduled for 4-6 weekend shifts during the contract
May float to the cath lab as needed
Epic EMR experience required
Priority given to candidates available with minimal or no RTO during Mardi Gras (2/13-2/22)
Requests for time off are limited and will be strictly reviewed
Candidates must reside outside a 75 mile radius of the facility
Former permanent employees must have been gone at least 1 year to be eligible

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology
Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS required
LA State License required (temporary LSRT accepted; processing requires ARRT proof and fee)
Previous Epic EMR experience required
