Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring a MD or compact RN license and flexible scheduling including call and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 to 19:30
- Assignment includes a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week
- Minimum of one weekend shift per month required
- Call coverage includes 36 hours every 6 weeks
- One holiday shift per contract may be needed
- Responsible for circulating and scrubbing duties in the Operating Room
- Team-oriented work environment with support from surgical staff
- Coverage for holiday shifts may be required during the contract term
Requirements
- Active MD or compact RN license required
- Minimum prior experience in an Operating Room setting
