Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist for overnight 12-hour shifts with required ARRT certification and MA state license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based MRI unit on Ellison 2
- Shifts are Wednesday and Thursday from 19:00 to 07:30 (overnight, 12-hour shifts)
- Adult patient population
- Procedures involve operating MRI equipment
- Epic is used for charting; familiarity is required
- 13-week contract assignment
- Flu vaccination is mandatory with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Parking is not validated in Boston; daily public parking rates range $17-$22 and public transportation is available
- UKG/Kronos is used for timekeeping
- Local candidates must live at least 60 miles from the hospital; local rate is 5% less than standard
- No extensions permitted at original contracted rate
- Two professional references are required for consideration
Requirements
- Active ARRT certification is required
- BLS certification from AHA is required
- Active MA Radiologic Technologist license is required; conditional licenses not accepted
- License required if applicable
- No minimum experience required
