Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with an active ID or compact license and a strong background in perioperative care.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital operating room setting
Day shifts, 4x10 hour schedule from 7:00 to 17:00
Block scheduling is allowed
Required to take call approximately every 7th weekend and one night per week, excluding weekend call week
Uses Meditech EMR system
First time travelers are accepted for this position
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
Block scheduling may be arranged as needed
A copy of driver’s license and social security card are required for consideration

Requirements

Active ID or compact RN license
At least 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Two professional references needed for consideration

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
