Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehab assignment, requiring active IL license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an outpatient physical rehabilitation setting
• Day shift with 8-hour shifts
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic EMR; experience preferred
• No COVID-19 vaccine required for this assignment
• Local candidates are accepted; those within 50 miles are subject to local rates
• Assignment is on a drug-free campus and a negative drug screen for all panels is required
• 12 hours of unpaid orientation required
• References required: one supervisor reference within the past 12 months and one peer or supervisor reference within the past 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Requirements

• Active IL PT license required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required and must be active at time of consideration
• All required licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
