Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray with valid ARRT certification and California state license for mobile diagnostic services.

Responsibilities

Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and related sites
Utilize portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography equipment
Day shift position, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 8-hour shifts
Weekend work may be required based on caseload
On-call responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
Obtain clinically diagnostic X-ray images and ensure timely transmission to Radiologists
Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to Cardiologists
Responsible for scanning and submitting paperwork and billing documents daily
Maintain vehicle and radiographic equipment
Professional communication with dispatch, management, clients, and staff required
No more than 5 days of requested time off permitted

Requirements

Current ARRT certification required
Valid California Radiologic Technologist license required (limited license not accepted)
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing and pulling equipment between 50 and 100 lbs multiple times daily
License required if applicable
