Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab RN with at least one year of experience, offering a day shift schedule and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital Cath Lab with 2 Cath Labs and 1 Hybrid OR
Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
Procedures include IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, Structural, PFO, TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman
Utilizes GE Innova IGS, Phillips, GE MacLab, IVUS, FFR equipment
Documentation performed on Epic EMR
Day shifts with 4x10 hour schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call required for up to 10 weekday nights and 3 full weekends per contract
Weekend shifts required as needed in combination with call requirements
Holiday shifts required as scheduled
Main responsibilities include assisting with interventional cardiology and structural heart procedures
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and technicians
First-time travelers with strong experience are welcome to apply
Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

Active RN license in Maryland or Compact State is required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
Minimum one year of Cath Lab RN experience required
Scrub experience is preferred
Epic EMR experience is preferred

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
