Job Description

American Traveler seeks an experienced RN for a Postpartum position in a labor and delivery setting with night shifts and a minimum of three years' experience required.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Postpartum unit of a hospital
• Labor & Delivery setting with focus on postpartum care
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• 13-week contract assignment
• Cannot have permanent address within 60 miles of the facility
• Not eligible if employed at any LifePoint facility as a permanent staff member within the past 12 months
• Full time employment elsewhere not permitted while on assignment
• COVID vaccination card required
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of three years' RN experience in a postpartum or labor and delivery setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
