Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU/CCU position in Florida requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and valid BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Critical Care Unit (CCU) within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 06:45 to 19:15 with 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required if scheduled on a holiday
• Candidates may be subject to a radius rule for local pay rates, which varies by state
• All Ascension positions are auto offer roles
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Holiday coverage is expected for holidays falling on regular scheduled shifts
• Travelers should communicate with managers about possible extension 45 days before contract end date

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• At least 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start
• Candidates must provide a US Social Security Number and a US home address
• Copy of driver's license and two professional references required for consideration
