Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CCU/ICU position requiring a FL or compact RN license and strong cardiac critical care skills.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) of a hospital setting
• Care for critically ill cardiac patients
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend required
• Must work any holidays that fall on scheduled shifts
• Must submit two professional references and a copy of driver's license for consideration
• Local candidates accepted but are subject to a reduced rate based on facility radius rules
• Holiday coverage required for shifts that overlap with recognized holidays
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
• All positions are offered automatically upon meeting requirements

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or CCU nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Nursys license verification and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
