Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 12 months of recent MRI experience for a day shift assignment at a Level 1 facility.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital MRI department
- Level 1 trauma center experience required
- Day shifts, Saturday through Monday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (3x12 hour shifts)
- Assignment is for 13 weeks
- Locals are eligible at the same rate
- This is a drug, tobacco, and smoke-free workplace
- Candidates are not guaranteed holidays off
- Team members must comply with Level 1 trauma environment standards
- All required background check results must be complete prior to start date
- Returning travelers must comply with re-employment waiting period
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months MRI Tech experience required
- Graduation from an accredited school (diploma, Associate, or BSN from ACEN or CCNE accredited program accepted)
- License required if applicable
- Must not have been employed at this facility within the last 6 to 12 months (see assignment details)
- Ability to comply with fingerprinting requirements per Virginia state code
- Must adhere to natural nail and smoke-free policies

Pros
Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
