Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with at least 12 months of experience for a Level 1 evening shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital setting in the MRI department
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Evening shift from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures according to established protocols
• Natural nail policy is enforced in the workplace
• Facility is a drug-free and smoke-free environment; no smoking allowed on campus
• Travelers are not guaranteed holidays off
• All ER and Psych candidates require fingerprinting and cleared results before starting
• Time-off requests must be submitted with application
• Professional references and hospital evaluations are required for consideration

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months recent MRI technologist experience
• Graduation from an accredited school (diploma, associate, or BSN); ACEN and CCNE accreditation accepted
• Current applicable MRI technologist license required if applicable
• Candidates must not have been employed by the facility within the previous 12 months
• Ability to work evenings
