Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring telemetry experience and a KY or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital Medical Surgical unit
Night shift position, working 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Every 3rd weekend is required
Care for patients requiring remote telemetry monitoring
Interpretation of dysrhythmias is part of the role
Role includes monitoring and interpretation of telemetry for Med/Surg patients
Night shift team environment with weekend rotation
Two references required for consideration

Requirements

Active KY or compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
Current BLS certification needed
Experience with remote telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation required
No consideration for first time travelers

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
