Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with broad experience in general nuclear medicine and therapy for a day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based nuclear medicine department
- Duties include a rotation between General Nuclear Medicine (routine studies such as bone, gastric, hepatic, and renal scans) and PET/CT
- Equipment used includes Siemens Symbia, Intevo SPECT/CT, and Biograph MCT Flow PET/CT cameras
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Local travelers residing within 75 miles are not accepted
- Responsibilities include performing a wide range of routine nuclear medicine procedures and PET/CT imaging
- Candidates will rotate between general nuclear medicine and PET/CT assignments
Requirements
- Broad experience in general nuclear medicine and therapy required
- BLS certification required
- Two references from supervisors within the past three years required for consideration
- All required certifications must be presented for job consideration
- License required if applicable
