Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Emergency Department position requiring a NC or compact RN license and prior ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a free-standing Emergency Department setting
• Emergency Room unit serving a diverse patient population
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week travel assignment
• No on-call requirement specified
• Primary responsibilities include delivering patient care in an Emergency Department setting
• Adherence to hospital and department policies is required
• No references needed at time of application
• First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• RQI certifications are not accepted
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
