Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist experienced with fluoroscopy and advanced imaging equipment for a 13-week assignment in a diagnostic imaging setting.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital diagnostic imaging unit with a 192-bed capacity
- Variable 10-hour shifts with a 40-hour workweek
- Care for out-patient, in-patient, and emergency department patient populations
- Advanced imaging procedures utilizing XR equipment, C-arms, O-arm, 3D C-arm, and portable devices
- On-call requirement typically includes weeknight and weekend rotations, approximately every six weeks
- Potential floating to Pain Clinic, Outpatient Imaging, and Surgery as needed
- Uses Meditech EMR system
- Shift times and weekend rotations vary based on department needs and are posted monthly
- Supervision and departmental support provided by a Lead Tech and Radiology nurse
- Minimal facility and unit orientation provided upon start
- Team members are expected to assist with all types of exams without restriction
- Up to 7 days of requested time off may be approved if the contract is extended to accommodate
- Holiday coverage may be required as part of the schedule
- Any color scrubs may be worn
- Parking is available on campus at no cost

Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Current MT State License and ARRT (R) certification required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with fluoroscopy, C-arm, O-arm, and 3D C-arm imaging preferred
