Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT (MRI) certification for a night shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in an advanced radiology setting within the MRI department
- Night shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- No call or weekend requirements for this assignment
- No float requirement at this time
- Proficiency required on Siemens MRI systems; additional experience on GE and Philips systems is expected
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- All laboratory work must be completed within 48-72 hours of contract signing
- Orientation modules are self-reported, non-billable, total 8 hours, and must be completed annually
- Return staff must have a minimum 6-month break before being eligible
- Local applicants accepted at the same rate with no radius restrictions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an MRI Technologist
- ARRT (MRI) certification required
- Must be proficient with Siemens MRI systems and experienced with GE and Philips equipment
- Valid Michigan license required if applicable
- Proof of flu vaccination required or exemption submitted within 48 hours of contract signing
- Professional references required
