Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with at least 2 years of experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in an ultrasound department within an acute care setting
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Assignment duration is 13 weeks
May be required to float to facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
Candidates located within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local
No travel pairs or group submissions are permitted
Previous employment at a MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months must be disclosed
Must be able to provide two professional references

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recent ultrasound experience
Driver’s License required for consideration
License required if applicable

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
